Lanka Orix Leasing Company is one of the largest and established financial services provider in Sri Lanka. The company has branches operating in all parts of Sri Lanka. Recently the company rehired Ultimma Training to conduct a two days training programme to their field staff in the North Central region of Sri Lanka in Anuradhapura. The training session was attended by 40 participants and the contents were fully tailor-made to suite the needs of the company. It was delivered in Sinhala medium in order to make the participants understand the session clearly. During the two days session, the focus was mainly on motivating the staff and further improving their customer servicing and customer relationship management skills.
First day’s session addressed the following areas:

- Positive Attitude
- Taking Responsibilities
Objective of the said session was to turnaround the staff and change their attitude to make them more positive and productive and be a valuable human asset to the organization.
Following day the Customer Servicing and Customer Relationship Management session was conducted to the same set of audience. The programme focused on the following:

- Negotiation Mastery
- Service Excellence
- Customer Relationship Management
- Customer Research and Prospecting
- Selling Skills.
Objective of the second programme was to transform the staff as the best in customer service to handle customers promptly and their complaints effectively. Also they will enhance their skills in building great customer relationships for best business prospects.
Two days programme was successful as most of the participants including the Management staff present were appreciative of the training programme.
