Management Skills Development Training for Third Space Global by Ultimma Training

In this 21st century, technology has become a vital part of our life. None of us can deny that technology has brought lots of changes into our world that impacted and change lots of industries including education system. From chalkboards, to whiteboards, and now to smart boards; technology has become our main source of research, knowledge, and teaching.

Education system has changed in various ways than before. Some progressive educational practices concern on the students’ needs individually. Modern teaching techniques more activity based, questioning and demonstration. These modern techniques are more student oriented to enhance their critical thinking, decision making skills and problem solving skills than traditional learning methods. These modern education techniques have proved those techniques are more effective than traditional techniques.

Ultimma Training organized two days’ workshop for Team Leaders and Assistant Managers. The programme was targeted about Management skills development and areas covered were:  Personal branding, decision making, time management, stress management, organizational leadership, providing leadership for change, positive attitude, building professionalism at workplace, motivating your staff, coaching, mentoring and training, team development, problem solving skills, managing people and conflict management.

A total of 50 participants participated in the two days’ workshop. Ultimma Training conducted a very interactive approach where more activities used to educate the participants in contrast to a lecture type workshop. The participants were made to learn by practicing what they were expected to perform in the field.
