Millennium IT ESP, known as MIT among the locals, has recently hired Ultimma Training to carryout internal training programmes to 150 staff members. The organization is undergoing a rebranding as it has been taken over by Ambeon Group. The management of the company is facing with the challenge of internal cultural issues as the previous HR policies have given space for staff to walk in to the office the way they wanted. However the vision of the present management differs significantly as they have adopted policies to make the organization look more professional and create a positive and professional image among the clients. They also intend to look unique by being professional among the competition.
To address this challenege the company requested Ultimma Training to design a training programme. We customized our popular Personal Branding and Social Styling programme to meet the needs of MIT ESP. Entire participants were divided in to five to make it more absorb-able and the programme was conducted over a day period. The session shared the best practices and educated them on how they could brand themselves and align it with the organiation’s brand.
