2016 has been a very happening year to Ultimma Training’s founder Director, Prassanna Pathmanathan. The year started with his selection by AIESEC to train entrepreneurs and students in Egypt which, along with his popular motivation training programme “Make it Happen”, contributed heavily in him winning the Ten Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) 2016 in the Humanitarian and voluntary leadership category.
