Unilever Sri Lanka; One of Ultimma Training’s prime client recently had the idea of creating brand awareness on Sunsilk, Fair & Lovely, Vaseline in North Central and North Western provinces.
Natural products are becoming increasingly popular among the health and environmentally conscious shoppers of today. This behavioral intention extends itself to hair care, the never-ending struggle of maintaining healthy hair has posed to be a problem. Unilever produced Sunsilk Naturals shampoo by addressing these movements of customers.
Ayurveda; It’s based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit. Its main goal is to promote good health, not fight disease. But treatments may be geared toward specific health problems. Body lotion seals moisture into the skin to prevent drying, while body care lotion softens rough elbows and heels, along with other dry areas of the skin.
Unilever together with Ultimma Training and GroupM Media, organized a two days’ workshop in the North Central & North Western region to its field force. The programme was targeted at grooming the field staff and imparting the knowledge of customer servicing which would enable them to carry out a successful awareness creation which was expected to act as product activation too.
A total of 25 participants from the North Central and North Western participated in the two days’ workshop. Ultimma Training conducted a very interactive approach where more activities used to educate the participants in contrast to a lecture type workshop.
