In the new year, Ultimma Training has launched its flagship programme ” Standout from the Rest ” with plenty of new topics included. First set of programmes were conducted to the staff of state owned National Savings Bank’s Northern region staff. The participants included staff from Banking Assistants to the Senior Managers. The programme was conducted thrice in order to accommodate all 185 staff attached to the bank’s northern region branches. The programme was designed to be very interactive where the participants were made to present their ideas to the audience. The activities included were supposed to boost the negotiation skills, build trust among the staff members and improve selling skills.
Another beneficiary of this programme is Ceylon Cold Stores PLC. Their sales force in Jaffna peninsula was trained on the same programme. There were 40+ participants who acquired the best practices in Customer servicing and selling skills that would make them ahead of their competitors.
LOLC Micro Credit Limited’s staff in Vavuniya and Jaffna peninsula were trained on the same topic in order to boost their customer servicing skills.
