Ultimma Training conducted a Public Workshop “Standout from the Rest” in Jaffna for the 4th consecutive time on the 20th of July 2019 from 09:00 A.M. to 05:00 P.M. at the VIP lounge of Tilko Jaffna City Hotel. This workshop was targeted for front line staff, Customer Service staff, Branch officers, Managers, Personal selling staff and anyone who is interacting with the customers.
The workshop focused on: Building personality and make them improve their behavior, etiquette, managing client relationships, manage their time and build a positive attitude. The event was a full house event and attended by over 40 participants at different grades and industries.
The participants were overwhelmed as many of them thanked Ultimma and its founder at the end of the session for organizing a workshop in Tamil medium and have communicated the same to their training heads.
