Ultimma Training conducted “Standout from the Rest” training for Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT) staff in Jaffna on 19th of July 2019 from 09:00 A.M. to 05:00 P.M at the VIP lounge of Tilko Jaffna City Hotel. This workshop was targeted for front line staff, Customer Service staff, Branch officers, Managers, Personal selling staff of SLT.
Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT) PLC is one of Sri Lanka’s most valuable blue chip companies in the country. Sri Lanka Telecom is the leading Digital Service Provider and the leading broadband and backbone infrastructure services provider in the country. The SLT Group provides a full range of ICT facilities and services in the areas of voice, data, broadband, wholesale, enterprise, TV and mobile services.
Focus areas of the training were: Building personality and make them improve their behavior, etiquette, managing client relationships, manage their time and build a positive attitude. The event was a full house event and attended by over 60 participants.
The participants were impressed as many of them expressed their gratitude to Ultimma and its founder/Lead Trainer Prassanna Pathmanathan at the end of the session for organizing a training in Tamil medium and have communicated the same to their training heads.
